Expertic Smokers - Pictures & Descriptions

The goose is really popular in German folk art. Probably because it was the bird of choice for special meals. I remember growing up my grandparents enjoyed turkey, but when they put on the Christmas dinner goose was what they wanted. There was one memorable Christmas in the later years when geese where hard to find, when the bird was so tough no one could eat it. I got laughed at for holding meat in my teeth and trying to get a bite by twisting it off the bone.

This Expertic smoker is 7 “ (18 cm) tall and is on his way somewhere with the goose tucked under his arm. It’s obviously a very tame goose or he would have another hand on it’s neck!. I like the way the artist took time to give the goose a tail and bright red feet. This smoker has never been used and the Expertic tag on the bottom is in mint condition.
